What you need to do
To take advantage of the guarantee you must:
- Within 7 days of your purchase, create a support ticket here
- Include your Full Name, Postal Address, Email Address and PayPal Address
- Include the PayPal address used to purchase the item. We can only refund money via PayPal to the same address.
- Include your PayPal receipt number, date and time of purchase and product details
- Include a paragraph explaining why you were unsatisfied so that we can improve our products accordingly.
