How Our Books Are Developed
“How to be a Rockstar” is a series of easy to follow books for people who wish to develop knowledge and skills in different areas. The development of each book is a collaborative effort of author(s), editor(s), and production, marketing and support services.
Envato staff begin their work early in this process; getting involved in every step of product development, from subject choice and identification of scope to market analysis, generation of ideas and sale of the finished product. Everyone involved makes a contribution to the publication and helps to achieve a successful outcome.
Our books often tie in with Envato sites like FreelanceSwitch (How to Be a Rockstar Freelancer) and Nettuts+ (PSD to HTML: Slice Your Designs Like a Pro!). This helps the books find large, engaged audiences!
